Amazon.com: PrimaFIX Adhesive - Prevent Warping: Industrial & Scientific Polyetherimide (PEI) Ultem 1010 Filament

Polyetherimide (PEI) Ultem 1010 is an amorphous, amber to transparent thermoplastic with a glass transition temperature (Tg) of 217°C and operates in continuous service up to 170°C. This inherently flame retardant plastic has UL94 V0 and 5VA ratings.

The PrimaCreator PEI filament has unique properties as it does not come into contact with water during the production process and is packed directly in a vacuum pack. Due to these properties, the PrimaCreator PEI filament is particularly suitable for use in FDM and FFF 3D printers.

The material has excellent adhesion between layers , resulting in great improvement in impact resistance, strength, durability and the printing process . In order to create a successful PEI print, a few things need to be considered. The printer must have the power equivalent to PEI filament and it should be printed with a nozzle temperature of 350-380℃. The heatbed should be set at 120-160°C and a heated chamber is important. It is also very important that the printer is placed in a room where there are few drafts and temperature fluctuations.
