If you think the quality of PolyTerra Filament has already reached the tip of the iceberg, Polymaker will convince you otherwise! PolyTerra PLA+ is a unique eco-friendly 3D printing filament that has 27% more layer adhesion and 29% more strength compared to PolyTerra PLA! Made from sustainably sourced bioplastic (organic materials + PLA), the improved filament has a matte finish and excellent mechanical properties, making it widely applicable.
PolyTerra PLA is an eco-friendly 3D printing filament developed by renowned FDM 3D printing material manufacturer Polymaker. Polymaker has a wide range of filaments that includes both conventional materials and technical materials for professional users.
PolyTerra PLA is a bioplastic developed from the ground up by combining PLA with organic minerals. This significantly reduces the plastic content of the filament and creates a more environmentally friendly FDM 3D printing material.
Thanks to its PLA content, PolyTerra PLA filament can be printed in the same configuration as PLA, does not require a heated bed and has almost no warping. The low technical requirements of this material make it possible to use it in almost every FDM 3D printer on the market.
In addition to the properties it shares with standard PLAs, PolyTerra PLA enables parts with overhangs and bridges to be 3D printed at a quality far superior to other PLAs. In addition, the surface finish of the 3D printed parts is excellent and completely matte. This interface makes it possible to hide layer lines, even when printing with large layer heights.

Polymaker is committed to tackling plastic waste and PolyTerra™ PLA is the first step we are taking towards environmentally responsible products. Our goal is to migrate all our products in this direction.
Here's how PolyTerra™ PLA packaging made from recycled cardboard helps reduce plastic waste and help the planet by having a negative carbon footprint.
To offset the carbon emissions associated with the manufacture and transportation of each spool, Polymaker, in partnership with OneTreePlanted.org, plants a tree for every spool sold. This allows the tree, when fully grown, to absorb 22kg of carbon dioxide per year, which offsets the 4kg needed to produce a PolyTerra PLA coil.
