Polymaker PolyMide - optimized filament with carbon fiber reinforcement

PolyMide™ is a family of nylon/polyamide based filaments. Manufactured with Polymaker's Warp-Free™ technology, PolyMide™ filaments deliver technical properties inherent in nylon that facilitate printing.

PolyMide™ PA6-CF is a carbon fiber reinforced PA6 (Nylon 6) filament. The carbon fiber reinforcement offers significantly improved stiffness, strength and heat resistance with excellent layer adhesion.

Nozzle temperature: 300˚C - 280˚C *
Printing speed: 60mm/s
Bed temperature: 25˚C - 50˚C (No more than 50˚C)
Bed surface: almost any surface with a thin layer of PVA glue or Magigoo PA
Cooling fan: OFF

Heat deflection temperature (ISO 75 1.8 MPa): 196˚C
Heat deflection temperature (ISO 75 0.45 MPa): 215˚C
Melting temperature: 220 (°C)

REMARKS

Drying settings: 80˚C for 12h
Recommended auxiliary materials: PolyDissolve™ S1
