3DGence ESM-10 is a soluble carrier material developed for high performance polymers. The filament features high chemical compatibility and adhesion to PEEK and ABS materials. Its properties also allow the support structure to be stable when working in a heated chamber where the internal temperature can be higher than 80ºC. Remove the supports without damaging the model. Soluble carrier materials such as 3DGence ESM-10 can be automatically dissolved in special cleaning stations. A special 3D printer for these materials is 3DGence INDUSTRY F340.

Printing the models with very complex geometries where mechanical removal of supports is difficult or impossible. Additional information: The dissolution process requires a special solvent. To automate the dissolution process, we recommend using a 3DGence SDS recirculation tank.
