For our Swiss customers: You can shop in our shop easily via MeinEinkauf.ch , with low shipping costs and, above all, WITHOUT customs duties .

To do this, proceed as follows:

1. Simply register at www.meineinkauf.ch. Here you will receive a personal “firstname.lastname@meineinkauf.ch” email address.

2. You can now order in our online shop using your personal “firstname.lastname@meineinkauf.ch” email address.

3. Place your order in our shop using your personal “firstname.lastname@meineinkauf.ch” email address.

4. Please only use the following as shipping AND billing address:

MeinEinkauf GmbH, Maybachstrasse 19, D-78467 Konstanz

In addition to addressing MeinEinkauf GmbH, please also pay attention to your payment method and the billing and delivery address provided there.

5. All order and shipping information is automatically forwarded from your "firstname.lastname@meineinkauf.ch" email address to your private email address. The MeinEinkauf.ch team is also kept informed of the status of your order so that it can be sent to your address in Switzerland as quickly as possible. You can then view the status of your order approximately 48 hours after receipt on www.meineinkauf.ch under "My Orders".

6. You pay for the goods you ordered directly in our shop. You will then receive a separate invoice for the service fee from MeinEinkauf.ch along with your goods.
