For our Swiss customers: Via MeinEinkauf.ch you can shop in our shop easily, at low shipping costs and, above all, WITHOUT customs duties .

To do this, proceed as follows:

1. Simply register at www.meineinkauf.ch. Here you will receive a personal "firstname.surname@meineinkauf.ch" email address.

2. You can now order in our online shop with the personal "firstname.surname@meineinkauf.ch" email address.

3. Place your order in our shop by entering your personal "firstname.surname@meineinkauf.ch" email address.

4. Please only use the following as the shipping AND billing address:

MeinEinkauf GmbH, Maybachstrasse 19, D-78467 Constance

In addition to addressing to MeinEinkauf GmbH, please also pay attention to your payment method and the billing and delivery address given there.

5. All order and shipping information is automatically forwarded from your "firstname.surname@meineinkauf.ch" email address to your private email address. At the same time, the MeinEinkauf.ch team stays informed about the status of your order so that it can be sent to your address in Switzerland as quickly as possible. You can then view the status of your order approx. 48 hours after receipt on www.meineinkauf.ch under "My orders".

6. You pay for your ordered goods directly in our shop. You will then receive a separate invoice for the service fee from MeinEinkauf.ch with your goods.
