The Raise3D DF Wash - A must-have for post-print cleaning with the Raise3D DF2 resin 3D printing system. This innovative cleaning device is exclusively tailored to the requirements of the DF2 resin 3D printer, offers a seamless cleaning solution and is an integral part of the printing process. For final finishing, we recommend post-curing the printed parts in the DF-Cure device.

An outstanding feature of the DF Wash is its RFID tag system, which automatically identifies and applies the optimal cleaning settings for each material. Efficient liquid management, automatic cleaning and emptying functions and uncomplicated maintenance make this device particularly attractive.

For a thorough cleaning, the DF Wash works with two turbines that allow a simulation of hand washing and has a double fan air drying system. With a 14-liter tank, it can accommodate parts with a maximum washing volume of 200 x 112 x 300 mm. It is compatible with various solvents such as IPA alcohol, water or TPM solvents. In addition to the DF Wash, an electric siphon pump, a washing basket, a waste disposal system and a hydrometer are included to optimize the cleaning process.
