The MINI's industry-standard scanner precision of 0.02 mm makes it possible to precisely scan even the smallest parts and display them as such. The output model has a high density of point clouds with a point spacing of 0.05mm. Industrial blue light

The MINI uses industrial-grade blue light technology that projects ultra-high resolution structured light and has high resistance to ambient light. The Class 1 blue light used in the MINI scanner is harmless to the human body and can be scanned directly on the skin [2], making it safe and user-friendly for all sorts of applications.

Scan speed up to 10fps

The Revopoint MINI has a scanning speed of up to 10 frames per second. With the help of improved intelligent algorithms, it can significantly reduce stitching errors in consecutive scans. By integrating a proprietary chip, the MINI can output 3D data directly.

The MINI is designed as a handheld and rotary table scanner for various 3D scanning applications. The MINI supports two types of targeting: the maker and the feature. It is an ideal device that can scan objects of various shapes for all kinds of 3D modeling needs.

Handheld Stabilizer

The S1 handheld stabilizer is designed for the Revopoint 3D scanner series, including the POP and MINI series. It is equipped with a built-in high-precision gyroscope and a stabilization device. It can effectively eliminate poor point cloud precision and image loss. This enables smooth scanning without stalling.

Dual axis rotary table

The A230 dual-axis rotary stage is a tailor-made accessory for Revopoint scanners. It features a 360° horizontal design, approximately 30° vertical angle, and a controlled rotation path for fast point cloud data collection. It solves previous problems of incomplete data collection or holes caused by improper interventions such as B. the occlusion of the environment, which greatly improves the quality and efficiency of scanning.

Scanner spray

AESUB is a globally recognized provider of scan spray solutions. The purpose of a scanning spray is to create a non-reflective surface on objects to increase efficiency during scanning. It forms a thin and homogeneous coating that disappears on its own within 4 hours, eliminating the need for post-scan cleaning. The AESUB blue series contains no pigments and does not cause damage to sensitive scanning equipment, laboratories or production facilities.
