BASF Ultrafuse Support Layer - Support material for the Ultrafuse metal filament
The BASF Ultrafuse® Support Layer filament was specially developed to be processed in combination with the Ultrafuse® Metal filaments. It serves as a support material for metallic objects and creates a barrier during sintering so that they can be easily decoupled from the component. The BASF Ultrafuse Support Layer Filament is not suitable for the production of stand-alone components.

- Specially designed for FFF printing of Ultrafuse® 316L and 17-4PH filaments, Ultrafuse® Support Layer prevents the support from sintering to the printed part
- Printable on any metal FFF printer*

- Minimizing the deformation of the printed part during debinding and sintering
- Simplified workflow for preparing parts for sintering
