BASF Ultrafuse TPU64D is a soft, flexible filament that, despite its low shore hardness, can still be processed on almost all FDM 3D printers.

BASF Ultrafuse TPU 64D combines the best of two worlds: it is a strong yet flexible filament for fused filament fabrication, suitable for all FFF printers. Building on BASF's decades of experience with flexible materials, this material is based on the proven thermoplastic polyurethane Elastollan, which stands for maximum reliability, consistent product quality and cost efficiency.


BASF Ultrafuse TPU 64D is easily compatible with water soluble support materials. Thanks to its property profile, Ultrafuse TPU64D is an excellent alternative to rubber and ABS (acrylonitrile butadiene styrene copolymer) for the manufacture of tools, jigs and fixtures.
