The BASF ULtracur3D FL 60 comes from the Flexible Line of the largest German chemical company BASF.

BASF Ultracur3D FL (Flexible Product Line) stands for exceptional flexibility combined with high tear resistance compared to other 3D printing photopolymer products. With its balanced properties, it enables a diverse range of elastomer applications.

FL 60 synthetic resin is available as standard in a transparent version without color pigments. The printing material has a Shore hardness of 73A and is therefore extremely soft and flexible.

Applications for BASF Ultracur3D FL 60 Resin

Ultracur3D FL 60 is used for a wide range of flexible applications. The photopolymer can be used to print things like cell phone cases, bicycle handles, shock absorbers or even shoe soles .
