Magigoo PP-GF 3D glue stick

This 3D printing adhesive was specially developed for processing glass-reinforced polypropylene (GFPP) filaments and ensures that the prints adhere firmly when the print bed is hot and that the component/model is easy to remove after it has cooled down.

WHY:
Polypropylene (PP) is a thermoplastic semi-crystalline polymer with properties such as good strength, impact resistance and ductility that make it useful as an engineering material. However, PP is a soft material and, like most plastics, can be reinforced by introducing fibers into a polymer composite. These materials tend to be stiffer and stronger than the base polymer and can result in a material with a very high strength-to-weight ratio. Compared to most pure PP filament, the GF30PP deforms more. This type of material requires a completely new adhesive formulation to develop its distinctive properties. .

HOW:
Magigoo PP-GF has been designed and tested to work with 30% glass fiber filled polypropylene.

• Shake the bottle vigorously.
• Apply to the desired area by pressing the spring on the bed (activation of the inner valve) and spread as needed.
• Print according to the filament/printer manufacturer's recommendations.
• Let cool and remove.
• Clean - Wipe with a damp cloth.

Tips:

• For demanding prints, a 20mm brim with 2 layers is recommended.
• Clean the build plate and align it well before printing.
• A closed printer is recommended.
• Printing speed 20-55mm.
