Compatible with most common granulate-processing 3D printers, 'P-pellets 310' enables you to produce highly break-resistant prints with excellent mechanical properties, high chemical and temperature resistance, and low frictional resistance.

Thanks to its low density, our PP granulate is ideal for lightweight construction. Whether for technical and medical components, customized decorative and art items or even toys - with 'P-pellets 310' there are no limits to your creative possibilities. In addition, the PP raw material we use is food-safe, which opens up additional application possibilities.

No drying or pre-treatment of the 'P-pellets 310' is required before 3D printing. You can use them directly and achieve fantastic results.

Recommended printing parameters:

  • Use 'P-surface 141' as a printing underlay for first-class results.
  • Extruder temperature: 200-220 °C
  • Print bed surface temperature: 20 °C (50-70 °C for the first layer, 100-110 °C for easy removal after printing)
  • Installation chamber temperature: Not required

To ensure consistent printing performance, we recommend that you use and consume the 'P-pellets 310' granules as quickly as possible after opening. It is best to store opened material at a temperature of 15-25 °C in a plastic bag or box to avoid contamination by dust.
