eSun PLA+ filament for more robust PLA models
The eSun PLA+ filament is a very easy to process 3D printing filament, with improved impact resistance vs. conventional PLA. No special 3D printer is required for processing. Esun PLA+ can even be printed without a heated print bed and is suitable for tempering, ie the 3D printed model can be subsequently heated in the oven to optimize the crystalline structure, which can increase impact strength even further.
Overall, PLA+ delivers significantly improved mechanical properties, making it an excellent choice for 3D printed models that need to withstand higher loads and well suited for a variety of printing applications.
Recommended print settings:
- Nozzle temperature: 210-230°C (Recommended temperature 215°C)
- Bed temperature: 45-60°C
- Fan speed: 100%
- Printing speed: 40-100mm/s
- Recommended heated build platform: Textured paper, PVP solid adhesive, glass platform, carbon fiber platform, PEI
