BASF Ultrafuse TPU64D

BASF Ultrafuse TPU64D is a soft, flexible filament which, despite its low Shore hardness, can still be processed on almost all FDM 3D printers.

Highlights:

  • High wear and abrasion resistance
  • Very good low temperature flexibility
  • High resistance to oils, greases, oxygen and ozone

Soft, flexible filament for Bowden-style 3D printers

BASF Ultrafuse TPU 64D combines the best of two worlds: It is a strong yet flexible filament for fused filament fabrication that is suitable for all FFF printers. Building on BASF's decades of experience with flexible materials, this material is based on the proven thermoplastic polyurethane Elastollan, which stands for maximum reliability, consistent product quality and cost efficiency.

BASF Ultrafuse TPU 64D is easily compatible with water-soluble support materials. Thanks to its property profile, Ultrafuse TPU64D is an excellent alternative to rubber and ABS (acrylonitrile butadiene styrene copolymer) for the production of tools, fixtures and brackets.

Advantages of BASF Ultrafuse TPU64D Filament
