PAKK is an advanced and truly exceptional filament capable of self-extinguishing in the event of a fire. It is the only filament on the market that can be certified to UL94 Class V0 a from a thickness of 0.5mm. It is mainly used in the electricity market and electronics for the printing of all those materials that need to have V0 certification, such as: B. distribution boxes or cable glands. Also used in public areas and in switchboards or electrical circuits.

PAKK is extremely resistant to impact and high temperatures and does not deform when exposed to UV rays. It is easy to print on and does not cause print retraction problems or clogging of extrusion nozzles, allowing for easy and continuous printing.
It is compatible with most printers on the market that use FFF and FDM technology. It does not need to be reprinted and comes with excellent matte finishes.

General printing recommendations:

To get unique and excellent results, we recommend and the filament at 90 ° C for at least 4 hours. For 1kg rolls, increase the drying time. Do not leave the filament in the nozzle for more than 20 minutes during printing. Stop the thermal control when the temperature drops below 210℃.
