The industrial pellet 3D printer G5 Pro was independently developed by
Piocreat. Cost-effective, highly efficient 3D printing technology meets the
User requirements for high-speed, high-precision and multi-material 3D printing.
The G5 Pro is equipped with a brand new print head unit and a magnetic
magnetic attraction platform and supports both automatic leveling and
Leveling modes. Currently, the G5 PRO is being intensively tested in the areas
used and practiced in the fields of teaching and research, mold making and sculpture.

FGF Technology

The Piocreat G5 Pro is an industrial-grade 3D printer based on FGF (Fused Granulate Fabrication) technology - a type of AM material extrusion process similar to FDM printing. FGF 3D printers work with thermoplastics in the form of pellets or granules that are loaded into a hopper and fed into the screw extrusion system, where they heat up and the molten homogeneous plastic mass is extruded through a nozzle to build a model. Since the plastic filaments used for FDM 3D printing are made from granules, the direct use of granules to build parts makes FGF printing incredibly cost-effective for numerous industrial applications.

Components for the new generation of jet printing

Ensure that the ejection is stable, uniform and without blockage. Self-developed new generation screw extrusion nozzle design, the maximum nozzle temperature is 450 °C, the extrusion force is strong, and the 0.4-3.0mm diameter nozzle is flexibly selected for fast and stable printing.

Multi-material printability

Compatible with various granule materials. Suitable for a variety of materials, reusable, flexible and changeable.

Magnetic attraction platform made of spring steel

The spring steel magnetic attraction platform heats up quickly and reduces the waiting time for printing. The G5 Pro only needs 1 minute and 57 seconds to heat up to 60°C; a regular 3D printer needs 5 minutes and 38 seconds to reach the same temperature.

Easy to remove form

The model can be removed by bending the platform, durable and not easily deformed, the bottom is flat and easy to clean.
