3DSolex Printcores

The intelligent plug&play alternative to the original Ultimaker print cores

The 3DSolex printcore series has been specially developed and optimized for direct replacement of the Ultimaker printcores of the AA, BB and CC series. There are various sets to choose from, which can either be exchanged one-to-one with the Ultimaker products or are supplied in a comprehensive set with various nozzles.

You read that right. Different nozzles!

The 3DSolex print cores do not have to be thrown away if the nozzle is worn out or damaged. NO! You can easily replace the nozzle and continue to use the rest of the functional part. With Ultimaker products, the entire assembly, i.e. the complete print core, has to be replaced if just one part is defective. However, this usually only affects the nozzle.

The one-to-one exchange can be carried out quickly and easily with the pre-made sets in "Ultimaker sizes" thanks to the correspondingly pre-programmed chips. Remove the original print core, insert the 3DSolex print core! The hardware and Cura communicate with the print core and automatically read the type (AA/BB/CC) and the nozzle diameter (0.25/0.40/0.60/0.80). If you use other nozzle diameters (0.10/0.15/1.00/1.20), you must adjust this accordingly in the slicer.

When it comes to nozzles, 3DSolex offers a wide range of standard, special and custom sizes. Now also with CHT - Core Heating Technology - which makes it possible to melt up to 4 times more plastic in the same amount of time. This enables previously unimaginable printing speeds.

Standard nozzles:

0.25 / 0.40 / 0.80 mm (identical to Ultimaker's offering)

Special nozzles with ruby ​​insert for fiber-filled materials:

0.25 / 0.40 / 0.60 / 0.80 mm (identical to Ultimaker's offering)

Special sizes:

0.10 / 0.15 / 1.00 / 1.20mm

With this large selection you are of course even more flexible.

With the small nozzles you can print extremely fine structures, with the large nozzles you can achieve higher speeds and with the ruby ​​nozzles you can use fiber-filled filaments permanently.
