3DGence laboratory dryer

Developed for tempering and hardening your printed components

The 3DGence laboratory dryer is an oven specially developed for the curing and tempering of printed PEEK components. The laboratory dryer can also simply be used to dry filaments.

The 3DGence laboratory dryer has a volume of 56 liters and a maximum operating temperature of 300°C. The parts made with PEEK are amorphous and somewhat more brittle during the printing process. This oven allows you to heat the printed PEEK parts through the programmable air circulation and the heat curve until these components are semi-crystalline and thus receive their improved mechanical properties. If possible, the parts should be tempered in a metal container filled with quartz sand, this minimizes the risk of shrinkage and warping. The sand can be reused after cooling.
