PrimaCreator Premium Nozzles are a range of replacement nozzles that can do more for the result than you might think. A quality nozzle is like a sharp pencil. You need them to get a great print.

All PrimaCreator nozzles are made from high quality brass or steel (depending on type) and manufactured in a state of the art factory. All nozzles are manufactured to a tolerance of less than ±0.01mm. This means your filament will have a very smooth and clear surface when extruded, which of course results in better prints.

For best results and optimal print quality, we strongly recommend that you realign your build plate after switching to a new nozzle. Note that a PrimaCreator nozzle may be compatible with your printer, but the distance between the nozzle and the build plate needs to be adjusted.

The manufacture of a PrimaCreator nozzle starts with a selected high-quality material. When the material arrives at the factory, a visual inspection of the material to be used for each die batch is first performed. Then it's time to clamp the material down, in other words, make it into one long pole. In our process this is only done once, in many other (cheaper) cases this process has to be repeated several times, often up to 3-4 times, and still you don't get the same results.

After this process, the material goes through an ultrasonic cleaning bath and is then cleaned again and protected against surface oxidation.

The nozzle now takes shape with millimeter precision, the tolerance is less than ± 0.01 mm.

Removing sharp edges from the nozzles is a very important step as it accounts for a large part of the result. If the nozzle has too many sharp edges, the nozzle is more prone to clogging. Therefore it is important that the nozzle is very smooth and clean before use. In each batch, a few nozzles are selected and cut in half to ensure all specifications are met and the surface is in perfect condition.

The nozzles are then checked one last time and individually boxed in a protective box - ready to be shipped to you.
