3DSolex CHT MATCHLESS Nozzle 2.85 - 0.15mm
This is the second smallest 3D printer nozzle in the world
They are individually drilled and tested and extremely difficult to manufacture.
These are difficult to use and we recommend that you print "blindfolded" with a 0.25 nozzle before using these. Prints at a lower temperature (190-205°C) because the material stays inside for a long time. Do not change the type of material without intermittent "cold pulls".
Use Cold Pull before and after each print. This will clean the nozzle.
What is this nozzle used for?
– Kanji, Japanese art writing
– Custom PCB manufacturing
– Miniature drone parts
– Miniature tools and gadgets
– Other use
The smallest drill in the world is made with our 0.25mm nozzle. The 0.15mm hole has the surface area (opening size) of only about 30% of a 0.25mm hole.
A 0.40mm nozzle has 15 times more plastic output than the 0.10mm 3D Solex Micro. This nozzle will not work with a non-geared feeder like UM2 (not "+") or a non-high tech feeder like Bondtech. Handmade in Norway with a Swiss "drill" and German tools.
