BCN3D Hotend Family by E3D

This revised version of the hotends comes from the manufacturer E3D, the leading supplier of hotends in 3D printers. The British company guarantees the highest standards of product quality and reliability.

The hotends come standard starting with the BCN3D R19, but are also backwards compatible with the older versions of the printer. The pressure nozzles (nozzles) are available in different diameters. The standard brass nozzles are available in diameters of 0.3 mm, 0.4 mm, 0.6 mm, 0.8 mm and 1.0 mm. The finer nozzles are suitable for smaller detailed models and the larger print nozzle diameters for a faster printing process.

For abrasive materials such as carbon fiber, fiberglass materials and many more, we recommend the hardened steel hotend (only 0.5 mm).

The BCN3D Hotend Family contains one of each of the following nozzles (all original from E3D):

• 0.3mm
• 0.4mm
• 0.5 mm (hardened steel)
• 0.6mm
• 0.8mm
• 1.0mm

Note: This is the older nozzle set for the R16/R17 and R19 generation from BCN3D. For the newer devices Epsilon W27 / W50 and Sigma D25 there is a separate variant of the Hotend Family.
