PioCreat G12 Granules

The Piocreat G12 industrial pellet 3D printer is a large device suitable for various industrial applications. It features a fully enclosed build chamber with a constant temperature of 60 °C and a huge build volume of 1200 x 1000 x 1000 mm, allowing the printing of large models. The maximum print speed of 100 mm/s ensures short print times, which are important for industrial production cycles.

FGF Technology

The Piocreat G12 is an industrial-grade 3D printer based on Fused Granulate Fabrication (FGF) technology - a type of AM material extrusion process similar to FDM printing. FGF 3D printers work with thermoplastics in the form of pellets or granules that are loaded into a hopper and fed into the screw extrusion system, where they heat up and the molten homogeneous plastic mass is extruded through a nozzle to create a model. Since the plastic filaments used for FDM 3D printing are made from granules, the direct use of granules to build parts makes FGF printing incredibly cost-effective for numerous industrial applications.

Screw nozzle

Self-developed screw nozzle with a diameter of 0.6-6 mm, maximum temperature 450°C, consumables melt thoroughly and can be easily squeezed out.

Super large format

The print size of 1200 x 1000 x 1000 mm meets the requirements of printing large industrial parts and final products.

Production-level print quality

Depending on the needs of the users in the industry, you select the appropriate materials and print the industrial parts, similar to injection molding.

Chamber temperature control
