Polyetherketone Ketone (PEKK) is a semi-crystalline thermoplastic from the polyaryletherketone family. With high heat resistance, chemical resistance, the ability to withstand high mechanical loads, is inherently flame retardant and has unique tribological properties .

PEKK filament has an adjustable crystallization rate that allows FFF or FDM users to take advantage of both the extreme performance of PAEKs and the easier processing of amorphous materials. PEKK filament is easier to print than regular PEEK filament with better layer adhesion and offers similar strength and durability properties. better dimensional stability. PEKK has a higher Tg than PEEK of 15 °C.

LUVOCOM® 3F PEKK 50082 was developed to outperform the standard PEKK materials available on the market. It features improved flow properties that improve printability and layer adhesion. This unique modified pure PEKK offers dimensional stability and is printable in unheated chambers, delivering semi-crystalline parts without distortion.
