Raise3D's DF Cure machine is an indispensable element of the Raise3D DF2 resin 3D printing solution. As a tailor-made complement to the DF2 resin 3D printer, the DF Cure machine provides a seamless and intelligent solution for curing resin 3D printed parts. Before curing, a thorough cleaning of the printed parts in the DF Wash device is required.

Uniquely equipped with an RFID tag system, DF Cure automatically adjusts the curing settings to each material. Its strength lies in the versatile, trackable and customizable UV curing and heating profiles.

DF Cure ensures comprehensive post-curing of the cleaned parts through a powerful LED light source with variable wavelengths (365 / 385 / 405 nm) and air heating with a maximum temperature of 120 ºC. The maximum curing size is φ 230 x 300 mm. For safer and more comfortable post-processing, DF Cure comes with heat-resistant gloves and a tray.

This machine offers an efficient solution for finishing 3D printed resin objects and ensures precise and reliable curing under controlled conditions.
