With a build volume of 192 × 120 × 180 mm, a minimum layer thickness of 0.025 mm and razor-sharp 4K resolution, this printer delivers reliable, detailed results in a generous build volume.

The Shining3D AccuFab-L4K also features high printing accuracy, uniform brightness, impressive resolution, a wide range of material options and professional software. The printing speed varies from 10 to 50 mm/h. An integrated cooling system and user-friendly plug-and-play software are included. The DLP 3D printer is compatible with a selection of resins, including third-party resins, including flexible resin, medical resin and other SLA materials.

Applications

Standard resin
Standard resin is a stable and high-performance standardized resin. It features high dimensional accuracy and good surface quality, which is ideal for showing details in prints. It meets most requirements in prototyping, engineering and small-scale production.

Water washable resin
It is an environmentally friendly, low-odor resin that is easy to clean with water. Using alcohol or IPA is not dangerous. The water-washable resin has high surface quality, strong mechanical properties and good stability.

Hard resins
They are specifically engineered to achieve class-leading tensile strength and stiffness, high printing accuracy with low shrinkage, and ensure long-term UV stability of printed parts. These prints have low water absorption and are easy to polish.

Durable resin
Durable Resin can withstand a certain amount of pressure without damaging the structure. It is suitable for engineering prototypes that need to withstand pressure or tension at times. This is the right choice for tough resin applications that require a limited amount of shock absorption and compression, low bending stress, and elasticity to avoid brittle fracture.

Flexible resin
Flexible resin with fine softness and good elastic properties, can simulate the deformation scenarios of different products during actual use. It provides high elongation at break and combines high cushioning with long-term rebound and torsional strength because its structure has minimal deterioration over time.
