New Ultra Direct Extruder

With the redesigned ultra-direct extruder, feel the fine details after a 5x faster print. The shortened distance between extruder and die reduces errors and improves control. At the same time, an algorithm refined through more than 2,000 tests in the AnkerMake lab analyzes and adjusts the extrusion.

3.1X extrusion

Higher multi-stage gear ratio
The basis for high-speed printing is the improved multi-stage gear system with a reduction ratio of 9.37 and a torque of 0.8 Nm. The heavy twist puts pressure on the melt chamber to speed up extrusion.

1.5X melting power

Larger heater block
The 60W heater rod quickly increases nozzle temperature to 200°C (392°F) with 1.5 times the efficiency of other printers. The heat ensures that the filament runs out evenly during fast printing at 250 mm/s.

1.3x cooling

More air intake volume
The dual cooling system uses two fans that eject 1.3 times the air volume of other printers at maximum speed. The cooling avoids stringing and ensures that the model cools down quickly.

Integrated die-cast aluminum alloy

The integrated die-cast aluminum alloy structure and Z-axis design increases the weight of the base and lowers the device's center of gravity. The design makes the pressure more stable for high speed and turbo acceleration. This also reduces base installation errors and improves printer accuracy.

7x7 auto leveling

With 7x7 auto-leveling, your prints will get accuracy. Sophisticated algorithms calculate a virtual height map to start printing correctly. You only need to readjust by hand if you are replacing something larger like the nozzle or the soft magnetic PEI steel plate.

Bendable and scratch-resistant plates

No matter how large or small a print is, the scratch-resistant PEI soft magnetic steel plate is easily removed by bending it slightly once it has cooled. And with the magnetic design of the heatbed, you can easily remove and reattach the print sheet.
