Automatic leveling

Now with the groundbreaking automatic leveling compensation function through the extruder sensor. Thanks to the precise multi-point detection of the relative height between the nozzle and the print platform, intelligent compensation takes place throughout the entire printing process. The result: a smooth extrusion of the first layer - for outstanding printing results.

PEI Flexible Steel Plate Platform

In just one second and without the use of tools, the model can be effortlessly released from the bending plane. The construction platform with highly effective PEI coating ensures strong adhesion, effectively prevents warping in the first layer and ensures a particularly sensitive, smooth finish on the underside.

Brand new extruder blower structure

The Flashforge extruder is equipped with a powerful three-fan system for precise control of the cooling speed. Thanks to the dual channels, the motor is optimally cooled in no time, resulting in significantly improved surface quality.

240° high-speed nozzle
and 265°C Hardened nozzle

The standard high-performance nozzle (0.4 mm, 240°C) with improved thermal conductivity enables ultra-fast printing processes. This internal thermal conductivity improvement ensures outstanding model quality even at high printing speeds. For longer printing times of carbon fiber materials, an optional high-strength nozzle (0.6 mm, 265°C) with extremely wear-resistant properties is available.

Higher efficiency

With the improved XY axis structure and high-speed copper nozzle, the Adventurer 4 Pro improves the printing speed up to 300mm/s and effectively reduces the working time by about 50%.
