Shining3D FabCure 2 post-curing device

With FabCure 2, each resin cure profile is fine-tuned to bring the part to its peak performance through precise heat and light. FabCure 2 pinpoints the post-processing steps of the printed object to ensure high precision and optimal material performance while automating the process.

FabCure 2 is recommended as the default post-curing device for Shining3D 3D printers.

Multi-surface light curing

From the sides and bottom, 30 multi-directional LEDs emit powerful UV light that instantly penetrates deep into the part's surface and fully cures the printed object within minutes. With an output of 70W, these LEDs offer a powerful curing cycle and ensure an efficient curing process.

Rapid chamber heating

The ceramic heating module is equipped with several temperature sensors. The chamber quickly heats up to 60 degrees, helping to improve mechanical and flexural properties. 60 ℃ ambient temperatures are precisely controlled with the FabCure 2 heating system.

Tailored curing parameters

FabCure 2 provides optimal curing parameters for Shining3D resins that can be updated over the wireless network. Custom cure parameter settings are supported.

Larger curing volume

The curing volume of up to Φ210mm and H180mm supports a wide range of dental appliances.

Intelligent material library

With the latest cloud-based intelligent material library, the FabCure 2 is always in sync. The FabCure 2 is equipped with Wi-Fi that allows over-the-air updates to deploy the latest firmware and configurations. Your device is constantly learning from our process engineering experts.
