Diamond Dichtol AM Hydro

Product description

Dichtol Hydro is a ready-to-use, water-based 1-component system for the impregnation of metals, coatings and especially for 3D printing (processes such as SLS, SLA, SL, SLM, FFF, FDM, MJF, etc.). The simple and versatile application (dipping, painting, injecting) enables reliable impregnation even for complex components.

Application

The object temperature should not exceed 40°C, otherwise the penetration of the sealant cannot be 100% guaranteed.

Painting and spraying:

Apply Dichtol in up to 4 steps at intervals of about 1 minute and keep the surface moist for 5 minutes. This allows Dichtol to penetrate deep into the pores

Inject

Inject Dichtol into the blind hole (or similar) and allow to take effect for 5 minutes. If necessary, vacuum up/pour out excess material after the exposure time

Dive

Immerse the component to be treated completely in Dichtol. After a penetration time of approx. 10 minutes, the component can be removed from the container.
