The 3DSolex print core series has been specially developed and optimized to ensure perfect 1-to-1 compatibility with the Ultimaker print cores of the AA, BB and CC series. With various sets to choose from, we offer you the option of either a direct replacement or a comprehensive set with different nozzles.

Yes, you heard right – different nozzles!

With 3DSolex print cores, you no longer have to throw away the entire print core when the nozzle is worn out or damaged. No! You can simply replace the nozzle and continue to use the remaining, functional part. In contrast, Ultimaker products require the replacement of the entire unit if only one component, usually the nozzle, is affected.

The 1-to-1 exchange is quick and easy thanks to our pre-programmed chips and the sets in "Ultimaker sizes". Simply remove the original print core and insert the 3DSolex print core! The hardware and Cura automatically communicate with the print core, read the type (AA/BB/CC) and the nozzle diameter (0.25/0.40/0.60/0.80). If you want to use other nozzle diameters (0.10/0.15/1.00/1.20), you can easily adjust this in your slicer.

When it comes to nozzles, 3DSolex offers a wide range of standard, special and custom sizes. Thanks to our groundbreaking CHT (Core Heating Technology), you can now melt up to 4 times more plastic in the same amount of time. This allows you to achieve previously unattainable printing speeds.

This range includes:

• Standard nozzles: 0.25 mm, 0.40 mm, 0.80 mm (identical to the Ultimaker range)
• Special nozzles with ruby ​​insert for fiber-filled materials: 0.25 mm, 0.40 mm, 0.60 mm, 0.80 mm (identical to the Ultimaker range)
