The ability to use four different modules in one 3D printer allows the production of repeatable models from a wide variety of filaments, from high-performance materials such as PEEK and PEKK to standard materials such as PA, ASA, ABS. Each module is adapted to a specific group of materials in order to optimize the printing process as much as possible. Replacing the modules is easy, requires no tools and only takes a few minutes.

Module Pro

Basic printing module for 3DGence INDUSTRY F340, with which the basic plastics, such as ABS, PA, PLA, ASA, PP, Flex can be processed.

Modul HF for 3DGence INDUSTRY F340 uses a 0.6 mm nozzle diameter, like Modul Pro, Modul HF also prints ABS, ASA. The small advantage over the PRO prints HF PA6-GF30 (glass fiber reinforced polyamide) which is characterized by extreme strength, rigidity, creep resistance and dimensional stability.

Module HT

HT pressure module for the 3DGence Industry F340.

The HT module for 3DGence INDUSTRY F340 can be heated up to a temperature of 340 °C and is also equipped with two 0.4 mm nozzles. Even PC-ESD or reinforced PC-CF materials can be printed with this module.

Module HT max

HTmax is one of the 3DGence INDUSTRY F340 interchangeable modules that lives up to its name. With an extrusion temperature of up to 500 °C and the high temperature in combination with the heated chamber of the printer, this enables customers to print high-performance polymers such as PEEK or PEKK. The HTmax module can print PEEK and PEKK on the ESM-10 soluble carrier.

Dimensional accuracy of the models and their high quality

The actively heated chamber can reach temperatures up to 85°C, making 3D printing with ABS, PEEK, PEKK and other engineering polymers a simple process. The use of a heated printing chamber in 3DGence INDUSTRY F340 ensures high print quality and durability of the models. Maintaining the optimal 3D printing environment inside the 3D printer and at the right temperature is critical to producing accurate parts. The air filter used in this 3D printer allows you to work in the production hall or in the office. This solution prevents odors and ensures user safety.


Humidity for the loaded materials is reduced regardless of the operating status of the 3D printer thanks to the active heating system of the filament chamber. The material control system, which displays the weight of the material loaded on each of the rolls, measures its accuracy to within 5 grams. The flow control system located in the extruders is designed in such a way that the printing accuracy is constantly controlled during the process. If the error rate is exceeded, stops 3DGence INDUSTRY F340 automatically starts the printing process.


Guarantee of optimal working conditions.

The NFC scanner collects data associated with the filament used during the printing process, ensuring optimal working conditions and maximum speed. All information about the weight, type, color and percentage of remaining filament loaded on a specific hotend.
