Dremel Eco-ABS is a filament with good abrasion resistance, very high stability and very good UV resistance and is suitable for outdoor use. The material can also be reworked with sandpaper and painted with acrylic paint. The filament is designed for use in the Dremel 3D45 (not suitable for use in the previous models). Eco-ABS is a natural thermoplastic that is perfect for printing durable and impact-resistant 3D objects. Thanks to its strength, flexibility and high heat resistance, it is suitable for engineering and mechanical applications. This filament is ABS-like and was specially developed for Dremel.

The Dremel DigiLab 3D45 has an integrated RFID chip in the filament rolls, which ensures that the print settings are automatically optimally adjusted. The 3D45 detects the type of filament loaded and suggests settings such as print speed, which can be accepted or changed manually via the touchscreen. This makes it easier to print different filament types for a specific object. Even beginners can start with the new filaments so quickly.
