Snapmaker 2.0 Air Purifier

The Snapmaker 2.0 Air Purifier is an air filter for the Snapmaker 2.0 3-in-1 3D printer, laser cutter and CNC. The Air Purifier filters the device's exhaust air for fine particles and vapours. The Air Purifier can only be used in combination with a Snapmaker 2.0 enclosure.

Chemicals such as PM (Particle Matters) and VOCs (Volatile Organic Compounds) can be released when you 3D print or laser engrave with certain types of materials. You can further filter them with a Snapmaker 2.0 air purifier.

Filter cartridge for the Snapmaker Air Purifier:

Customized filter cartridge for your Snapmaker 2.0. Consisting of five layers of different filters combined in one piece, it is designed to absorb what is actually emitted during the laser engraving or 3D printing process.

• G4 filter for coarse filtering: Targets relatively larger particles (= 5 µm diameter). It filters out more than 90% of PM10 and PM5.
• F9 filter for finer filtration: Works on particles 1 µm or larger in diameter. It filters out more than 95% of PM10, PM5 and PM2.5.
• Individual activated carbon filter: A dense pack of activated carbon is also added to absorb VOCs that particulate filters cannot capture. Unpleasant smell is no longer a problem.
• Ultra Dense HEPA H13 Filter: Two layers of 70 mm thick HEPA H13 filter as final stage. They are capable of trapping up to 99.97% of particles as small as 0.3 µm, known to be the most penetrating particles in air.

Efficiency isn't all that matters. The different filter stages are arranged in the cartridge in a specific order to maximize its lifespan, so you only need to replace the cartridge when it is completely used up.

The Snapmaker 2.0 performs real-time monitoring of the filter cartridge and displays its lifespan on the touchscreen. That way you'll know when it's time to put in a new cartridge.

The built-in LED bar shows you how the air purifier is working by changing colour, flowing, breathing and flashing.

Through the touch screen you can adjust the fan speed for different tasks and speeds.

Robust metal housing:

Both the case and the air cleaner have a clean design, as always. The CNC-machined aluminum supports and anodized finish case provide high durability, super-fine texture, uniform silver-gray appearance, and well-sealed device cases. They are powerful yet cute.

Together with the CAN Hub you can use the case and air purifier together with all existing and future Snapmaker 2.0 addons.
