PPS carbon filaments are ideal for processing on conventional 3D printers with FDM / FFF technology.

For best results, the filaments should be pre-dried for 4-6 hours at 120° and the nozzle should not be left in the nozzle for more than 20 minutes. For best results, we recommend using a hardened or tempered metal nozzle or a wear-resistant inner surface such as ceramic or other.

However, avoid using Teflon for printing.

Note that the recommended print settings are a general recommendation only and each printer needs its own set of temperature, nozzle temperature and bed heat. The minimum diameter of the nozzle should be 0.5 mm.
