Tiertime X5 3D printer
Tiertime's X5 is a professional desktop 3D printer capable of continuous 3D printing. Ideal for making prototypes, it is above all designed to print on the line and in complete autonomy. Its print preview software allows you to create a print queue, allowing the X5 3D printer to start up to 12 full print trays autonomously. The X5 is capable of printing most print materials on the market with an exceptional precision of 50 microns.

The X5, a sophisticated 3D machine
In addition to its ability to 3D print on-chain, the X5 is designed with noble materials that are built to last. Its imposing weight of 52 kg makes it stable, which further improves the quality of the 3D prints obtained. The X5 has 3 openings. The first on the right is dedicated to loading consumables and its 12 print compartments. The second is the facade opening that gives us access to all the handling parts associated with the machine. Finally, the last opening is an exit door for the ejection of finished printing shells from the machine. The Tiertime X5 has a perforated plate that gives better grip to ABS printed parts and an extrusion head through plastic application (PLA, ABS, TPU).
The X5 is equipped with a large 7” color touchscreen that you can easily navigate to prepare the machine for printing. Also, with the Tiertime print queue of the UP Studio slicing software, it is possible to create a 12x print queue, making the 3D X5 printer fully autonomous. Its transparent hood helps ensure that printing runs smoothly.
Tiertime's X5 3D printer features the dual air filter system specially designed for its large printing chamber. The air is filtered through separate HEPA filters and activated carbon filters that help to drastically reduce pollutant emissions. HEPA filters promise 99.95% effective filtration for ultrafine particles.
This feature allows multiple users to send their print-ready files from different sources to the same device via USB/WIFI/LAN. Sending files to a 3D printer for printing from a variety of sources can be complex and time-consuming. If there is only one 3D printer in the office and many designers want to access it, they need to constantly monitor the machine. Users have to wait for the files to be sent to the printer and printed, which can take hours. The Tiertime print queue allows multiple users to send files to the printer at the same time. First come first serve ! The files to be printed appear in the waiting list.
