Tiertime UP300D Dual Extrusion 3D Printer

The animal time UP 300D is a dual-extrusion desktop 3D printer for users looking for exceptional 3D print quality. It is able to mix plastic filaments with water soluble filaments in double extrusion to print to produce functional parts and the most complex FDM 3D prints that require many supports. It comes with two reversible trays, fitted with foil on one side and glass on the other. It brings together innovations as well as improvements to well-known functionalities of the "UP" series (UP300, UPBox+, UP Mini 2 ES...) that contribute to the reputation of reliability of Tiertime solutions.

This dual-extrusion 3D printer can simultaneously print all base filaments (ABS, ASA, PLA, ...) and soluble supports (PVA, HIPS, ...), making it possible to produce parts with complex internal geometries. The soluble support threads can easily be removed by rinsing in water or in a suitable solution. Dual extrusion can also be used to print with multiple colors.

Closed and heated room

The spools of filament installed in the machine are kept at a constant temperature of 55°C by an internal heating element in the chamber. This keeps the filaments dry, ensuring the life of water-soluble materials and maximizing print quality and reliability.

Third Party Filament Dryer (Optional)

The Tiertime Dehydrator helps maintain optimal material condition by removing moisture created by exposure to ambient air after the coils are unwrapped and prior to 3D printing. It features dual coil capacity, a 48-hour timer, and an adjustable temperature range of 35°C to 75°C.

The 3D printer UP 300D is equipped with a double-sided turning bed. The first side is made of glass and is preferred to make 3D prints without rafting and get a perfectly smooth first print layer. The second side is a perforated shell. It significantly increases the adhesion of printed models and is ideal for 3D printing large geometric parts printed with ABS-based heat-sensitive plastic filaments.

HEPA filter + carbon filter

The Tiertime brand UP 300D 3D printer incorporates the double air filter system specially designed for its large pressure chamber. The air is filtered through separate HEPA filters and activated carbon filters that help drastically reduce toxic emissions. HEPA filters promise 99.95% efficient filtration for ultrafine particles.

UP Studio 3.0 software

Up Studio 3.0 software is a slicer specially designed for Tiertime machines. It intuitively supports dual and single material 3D printing. This state-of-the-art software offers granular control over print parameters at every possible level. Multiple models with different settings can be printed within a single print job. Each model can thus have certain sections with their own parameters. You can also use Basic mode for a plug and play experience.
