Dual Z-axis ball screw design

Despite the high printing speed, the accuracy of the models is not affected. The dual Z-axis ball screw design enables more accurate positioning when printing and ensures a smooth model surface, resulting in better print quality.

Suitable for use in an office environment

According to the manufacturer, a maximum noise level of 50 dB is achieved, so that it can be used in an office environment without any problems. This is additionally promoted by the use of a HEPA 13 air filter, which keeps the process air released clean.

Closed material chamber with silicate insert

The Flashforge Guider 3 Plus also offers a closed filament chamber with a silicate insert, which protects the filament from moisture and optimally prepares it for the printing process.

Extrusion temperature up to 320°C enables 3D printing of fiber-reinforced materials

With an extrusion temperature of up to 320°C, fiber-reinforced materials such as glass and carbon fibers can be processed, and an open filament system makes it possible to use filaments from third-party suppliers.

Intelligent multi-platform management

The multi-platform management allows the monitoring of several 3D printers at the same time, with Flashprint 5 and Flashcloud the printing process can be monitored in real time and the material management controlled efficiently.
