Safe use when teaching

The Raise3D E2 is fully enclosed to ensure and maintain an appropriate temperature for printing 3D parts. It has 2 doors: one on the top of the printer and one on the front. These allow you to have different views of the 3D print. Thanks to the sensors on the doors, an automatic pause is triggered when the doors are opened.

A wide selection of materials

Thanks to its adhesive heating plate and its maximum extrusion temperature of up to 300 °C, the Raise3D E2 is capable of printing a wide range of filaments with a diameter of 1.75 mm.

An ergonomic touchscreen

The easy-to-use 7-inch color touchscreen allows you to start printing, change rolls, and watch explanatory videos on the different printing processes. In addition, the power saving mode allows you to turn off the screen during printing to save energy.

An improved manufacturing platform

The Raise3D E2 printer has a magnetic build tray that is easily removable and flexible to facilitate the removal of 3D parts. The silicone surface reduces possible deformations when printing in 3D. In addition, an automatic offset calibration is integrated, supported by a video on the touchscreen. This calibration prevents the risk of failure on the first layer.

An integrated filter system

There is a filter system on the back of the Raise3D E2 to filter the air and particles released during printing. This low-noise filter absorbs 91% of the particles created during extrusion.

Remote management

RaiseCloud, an intelligent platform

Developed by Raise3D, RaiseCloud is an ecosystem for managing the printing process. You can monitor and manage your team's impressions. Also check the workflow and change the settings remotely. In addition, you can combine it with RaiseFactory to run multiple prints simultaneously.

Optimized software

Set up your 3D prints with IdeaMaker and its predefined configurations. With its many options, you can configure specific settings for a printer, filament or model yourself and reuse them later. Monitor your print from your computer with the integrated camera to make sure your print is running smoothly. You can also connect to the printer via Wi-Fi and send your files directly to it in Gcode.

A filament end detector

The Raise3D E2 printer is equipped with a fine filament sensor to avoid printing errors due to lack of filament. Printing will stop when the sensor no longer detects filament. The printer saves the position of the print head so that it can be resumed at the same location.

Connectivity

You can connect your computer to the printer using a Wi-Fi connection for wireless management, or choose a local connection using a USB stick or Ethernet cable.
